The Process


Body Harmony is approached on the terms of a person's own willingness and desire to change and to become more integrated.
It is work done with the person, not to them. By 'listening' to the body, the practitioner follow it's instructions, and, by staying present, allows the body to safely release the patterns that are no longer appropriate or supportive. It is a gentle, yet effective process that leads to integration and healing on all levels.
